Canada has sent invitations to foreigners to apply for permanent residency under the French language proficiency of the Express Entry system. The Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has extended invitations to foreigners to apply for permanent residency under the French language proficiency of the Express Entry (EE) system.
